Q. What's the different between Pre-Order, Ready Stock and Wardrobe Sales?
Ready Stock：
- After order, stock will be reserve for 3 days. Please make payment within 3 days after order placed. After 3rd day, the product(s) will be open for sale again.
- Payment before 2p.m , the products will be send on that day.Payment after 2p.m, the products will be send on the next day.(only applicable on Monday-Friday) . No posting on Saturday and Sunday.
- Stock will only be sent out 4-7days(excluding Saturday and Sunday) after payment.
- This is due to either reason of currently Out of Stock(OOS) and we're restocking, or its a new stock and we does not have it in hand yet.
- We will need to revert back to our supplier on the stock availability therefore it consume time.
Pre-Order：
- Stock will reach 2weeks after due date(normally 30th of each mth).
- Once stock arrived,you will get SMS/email from us and we will need 1-2 days for stock distributing.For out of stock(OOS)/ temporary out of stock case, you will received an email from us to make a replacement (ready stock) within 1 week.Or else the balance will be recorded for next purchase, Stock will be send out automatically after one week if we did not get any reply from customer.
- This is a special category for us and our members to post their used/new wardrobe items which are still in good condition at a bargain price.

Q. How much postage or delivery charges? Do you ship worldwide? What kind of courier you offering?Do i need to sign to receive my parcel?

Q.How is the quality of your clothes?
Firstly, our clothes are imitated product, the pattern are same, but the material and sewing skill are slightly different to the photo. The value for the clothes in photo is up to hundred dollar. We will check the quality before sending to our client. It should be no problem as well. Our product quality is good relative to our prices. Around 90% of our products are same as photos, with another 10% are imitated from fashion magazines.
Q.Do you provide refund or exchange service?
Yes only on certain situation and the fault is on our part..We do not offer this service on reason such as you dislike the items or size inappropriate(do read the measurement in our web before ordering).Any damages occurred during delivery are NOT responsible by us.Shipping on refund items are to be bear by the buyer.

Q.How long does it takes for it to arrive at my doorstep?
For pre-order : estimate time would be around 1month after the due date mentioned.
For 7days pre-order : at least 1wk after payment made.
For ready stock/wardrobe sale : 2-3days after payments cleared depending on which postage you choose.

Peninsular Malaysia - RM 7 (up to 2 items), RM 2 (next subsequent items)
Sabah/Sarawak - RM 9 (up to 2 items) RM 3 (next subsequent items)
Registered Postage :
Peninsular Malaysia - RM 4 (up to 2 items), RM 2 (next subsequent items)
Sabah/Sarawak - RM 6 (up to 2 items), RM 3 (next subsequent items)
PickUp Service :
We allowed pickup service with minimal RM5 fees
Pickup Point : - Puchong Area
Cash-On-Delivery :
We allowed COD but you will have to deposit half of the payment before we could proceed to prevent back-out buyers.
